By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.
Payments and Refunds
- All payments must use USD and will be done through Ko-Fi, PayPal, or Cash App.
- I will complete a rough sketch before requiring payment, this is to assure you that you will not be scammed and to be sure you want to go through with commissioning me.
- Once the sketch is agreed upon, I will send you an invoice via your preferred payment method.
- A 50/50 split of the payment is optional and can be requested depending on how much the commission may cost.
- The full amount on any commissions must be paid before receiving the finished piece.
- If for any reason the commission cannot be completed you will receive a full refund, not including process time.Product Rights and Posting
- The rights to all my art belong to Seouless.
- All commissions can be used for personal use only, meaning you are not allowed to: Sell the commission or any product involving it, trace or alter it, claim credit for the artwork.
- By commissioning me you accept that I can post your commission to any social media unless discussed BEFORE payment was received.
- If you decide to share it or use it as a profile picture, banner, etc. I request that I am credited preferable by any of my social handles. (ex. se0uless_ on Twitter)Character Reference
- For characters that already have designs, I ask that you send good quality references of them. This can include; images, detailed descriptions, and/or any other resources you believe could help me portray your visions.
- If you have a specific pose or idea in mind please don't be shy to send me your own sketch/doodle to help get your desired result.
- All artwork I have created, commissioned or not, is NOT permitted to be used for any Non Fungible Tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency, AI websites, or blockchains.Process
- If you are commissioning a piece for a gift or holiday and/or need it by a certain date please message me ahead of time and I will do my best to accommodate you.
- If personal problems arise and the progress is delayed, I will be clear to communicate with you if you have a commission in progress.
- Commissions are for digital works, for now no physical products will be delivered.
- Once completed I will send the full, high-resolution file via email or a different method both parties have agreed upon.NSFW Policy
- At the moment I am not taking any NSFW commissions containing full nudity.
- I will NOT draw any hardcore Gore or any art showing high amounts of pain or anything immorally wrong like ab*se.
- Do NOT ask for NSFW/suggestive art for underage characters, people that look like children regardless of age, or characters depicted of doing anything infantilizing.
- Small/flat chested adults, short characters, and small furry species are allowed as long as they aren't doing anything childish and are obviously adults.Extra Policies
